Woodbridge Flooring ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- anything you write in your message, such as your address or details of your floor
If you call or email us directly, we collect the details you give us in the same way. You can choose not to give us your details, or to contact us under a different name, but we may then be unable to quote or arrange work for you.
Why we collect it
We use your personal information only to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- arrange, carry out and follow up on flooring work you ask us to do
- keep business records we are required to keep by law, such as for tax
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not share your details with anyone else, except the service providers we need to run this website and deliver your message:
- Our email delivery provider, which passes your form submission to our business inbox. Its servers may be located outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs Turnstile, the check that stops spam bots using our contact form. Turnstile looks at technical information about your browser and device; it does not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser requests the fonts directly from Google, which receives your IP address.
We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.
Website data and cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our host automatically records basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this to identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or carry out your work, or for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and your enquiry is delivered to a password-protected business email account. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, but no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you're concerned about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
